Your order will be delivered the Thursday after purchase, or collected from the farm. Products are frozen immediately after preparation. Orders ship frozen and ready for your freezer. Once defrosted, use within 3 days for best quality and taste.
We use heritage breed cattle such as Galloways and Short Horns.

Taken from the lower leg of the animal, beef shin is renowned for its rich, gelatinous texture and robust taste. Absolutely wonderful beef shin. Very easy to cook. The meat just fell off the bone and had a wonderful taste. Will definitely be purchasing again

Nationwide delivery by our nominated couriers on 22nd December. Your order will be packed in recyclable insulated packaging and will be dispatched on a pre 2pm next day service. Collect from the Farm in Cookham (SL6 9UB), we are open around Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
