Your order will be delivered the Thursday after purchase, or collected from the farm. Products are frozen immediately after preparation. Orders ship frozen and ready for your freezer. Once defrosted, use within 3 days for best quality and taste.
We use heritage breed cattle such as Galloways and Short Horns.
A silverside beef joint is a cut of beef that comes from the hindquarters of the cow, specifically between the rump and hind leg. It's a relatively lean cut with minimal marbling, making it ideal for roasting.

Juicy and Tender

Excellent piece of meat, good size , virtually fat free, cooked slowly, it was tender and easy to cut. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone who wants a great roast beef
