Superbly succulent steaks for our anniversary meal! Couldn't have asked for anything better
We use heritage breed cattle such as Galloways and Short Horns.
Sirloin steak is known for its balance of tenderness and beefy flavour. It typically has a moderate amount of marbling, which adds juiciness and flavour to the meat. The texture can vary depending on the specific cut and how it's prepared, but sirloin steak is generally more tender than cuts from the round, but not as tender as cuts from the loin.
Sirloin steak is versatile and can be prepared in a variety of ways, including grilling, pan-searing or roasting. It's often seasoned with simple ingredients like salt, pepper and garlic, but it also pairs well with marinades and sauces to enhance its flavour. Sirloin steak is a favourite choice for steak lovers due to its combination of flavour, tenderness, and versatility.
