Your order will be delivered the Thursday after purchase, or collected from the farm. Products are frozen immediately after preparation. Orders ship frozen and ready for your freezer. Once defrosted, use within 3 days for best quality and taste.
We use heritage breed cattle such as Galloways and Short Horns.

This was delicious, the meat was perfect, not chewy, no gristle, absolute perfection. We are contemplating getting one for Xmas dinner as it was such great quality.
