Availability:: Your order will be delivered the Thursday after purchase, or collected from the farm. Products are frozen immediately after preparation. Orders ship frozen and ready for your freezer. Once defrosted, use within 3 days for best quality and taste.

Our biggest Beef Box of Premium Dry Aged Heritage Beef. Pasture grazed on the farm and dry aged for a deeper, fuller flavour.

To ensure freshness all beef is for pre order fresh otherwise we freeze our beef as soon the butcher has cut and packed our beef.

Each box will contain:

2 x 200g Fillet Steaks
2 x 250g Sirlion Steaks
2 x 250g RibeyeSteaks
2 x 250g Rump Steaks
2 x 1kg Roasting Joints (Topside or Silveside). Perfect roasting
2 pack of 4 Burgers (750g per pack). Perfect for BBQs
2 pack of 600g beef merguez sausages. Perfect for BBQs
4 x Mince (500g per pack)
Short Ribs

General Tips:

Resting: Always let steaks rest after cooking to allow the juices to redistribute.

Doneness: Use a meat thermometer to check doneness:

Rare: 49-52°C

Medium-Rare: 54-57°C

Medium: 60-63°C

Medium-Well: 65-68°C

Well-Done: 70°C and above

Searing: For a great crust, ensure the meat is dry and the cooking surface is very hot.

Collect from Copas HQ at Kings Coppice Farm, Cookham. Drive Through on 24th December or at our Christmas Fayre on 23rd December (if we are good Father Christmas might come!)

Nationwide delivery by our nominated couriers on 22nd December. Your order will be packed in recyclable insulated packaging and will be dispatched on a pre 2pm next day service. The delivery fee covers the delivery service, packaging, insulation, ice packs and fulfilment. FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £175 at Christmas.

Year Round & Non-Christmas Orders

Collect from the Farm in Cookham (SL6 9UB), we are open around Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, excluding Bank Holidays. Weekly nationwide delivery, arriving Thursday each week. Deliveries are sent out in recyclable insulated packaging with ice packs on a pre 2pm service weekly. The delivery fee covers the delivery service, packaging, insulation, ice packs and fulfilment.
