Your order will be delivered the Thursday after purchase, or collected from the farm. Products are frozen immediately after preparation. Orders ship frozen and ready for your freezer. Once defrosted, use within 3 days for best quality and taste.
Launched at our 2024 Christmas Fayre, these sausage rolls are made from minced turkey leg meat, cranberry & seasoning. Originally selling out in just a couple of hours, now's your chance to buy frozen, ready to cook ones. Each pack contains 2 sausage rolls.
Only available to collect from the farm shop in Cookham (SL6 9UB).
Filling ingredients: Turkey Leg Meat (80%), Water (7.8%), Breadcrumb (3.9%) (GLUTEN), Dried & Sweetened Cranberries (3.6%), Apple Juice (2.3%), Mixed Herbs (0.4%) (WHEAT FLOUR), Seasoning (2%). Allergens in Upper Case.
Pastry ingredients: Flour(WHEAT FLOUR), Water, Butter (DAIRY), Salt, Herbs.
To Oven Cook Preheat the oven to 200°C or 180°C (Fan). Place the frozen sausage rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Leave space between them for even cooking. Brush with an egg wash (beaten egg) or milk for a golden, crispy finish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Check the internal temperature (if possible). It should reach 74°C. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
