Venison mince is prized for its rich flavour and nutritional benefits. Our delicious venison comes from the Chiltern Venison in Hughenden Valley. Each pack contains 500g of mince.

Better than sainsburys

Sainsburys stopped selling my usual so thought i'd give them a try. Going to keep buying from these guys as it was superb

Quality product, low in fat

One of my Household Staples for making low GI Bolognese Sauce or straight forward mince cooked with loads of onions, Port, Lemon Juice, Thyme, Butter and Chicken Stock.

Best Cooking Methods: Large Skillet or frying pan (if cooking by itself)

Seasoning: Season with salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat: Preheat over medium-high heat, add oil

Cooking: Add mince to the pan, stirring occasionally until the meat is browned and no longer pink. This usually takes 5-10 minutes

Draining: If there is a lot of fat in the pan, use a spoon to remove excess fat or alternatively use a paper towel to soak it up.

Collect from the Farm in Cookham (SL6 9UB), we are open around Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, excluding Bank Holidays. Weekly nationwide delivery, arriving Thursday each week. Deliveries are sent out in recyclable insulated packaging with ice packs on a pre 2pm service weekly. The delivery fee covers the delivery service, packaging, insulation, ice packs and fulfilment.
