- 3 cups cooked free-range chicken, shredded
- 200g cooked egg noodles or pasta
- 1 tin (400g) cream of chicken soup
- 120ml sour cream
- 100g mature cheddar cheese, grated
- 120ml milk
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed cream crackers or Ritz-style biscuits, plus 2 tbsp melted butter for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (fan 170°C) / 375°F / Gas Mark 5.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the topping.
- Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbling and golden.
