For those who want something a little smaller we have our bronze crowns, a whole turkey but with legs & dark meat removed. The same delicious award-winning free range whole bronze turkey with plenty of juicy meat and a rich traditional flavour. Our turkeys truly are the cream of the coop, free range, hand plucked and game hung for two weeks.

We choose bronze breed turkeys for their award-winning flavour and texture, but this does mean that sometimes their feather stubs are visible. Our birds are dry plucked by hand, we don’t blast them with water, so you might find a few more feather stubs than on commercial turkeys, but this is normal. Please do not spend time pulling these out as most will burn off during cooking, and those that don’t are much easier to remove once the bird comes out of the oven.

Each bird comes boxed with giblets, recipe leaflet & handy pop-up timer.

Small (2.5-3.49kg): Feeds 6-9 people
Medium (3.5-4.49kg): Feeds 9-12 people.
Large (4.5-5.49kg): Feeds 12-15 people.
Extra Large (5.5kg+): Feeds 15-18 people.

The turkey is such superior quality will always purchase from here. I also bought a ham from the Christmas Fayre which was delicious. Highly recommend your products.

Turkey was really nice and still moist . easily fed 10 people with leftovers for another day. Price is abit steep but lovely flavour

The whole process from ordering to collection is so easy. The bird was packaged very well with great instructions to produce the best cooked, moist turkey. It was delicious with plenty of meat for a few meals. The added bonus of the ceramic Christmas decorations was a lovely touch. I would recommend Copas every time and will buy again. Thank you.

Year on year doesn’t disappoint

Long time customer and always, your turkeys are the most succulent and flavourful.

1. Insert the pop-up cooking timer into the breast of the crown.
2. Remove our traceability wing label and place your crown in a roasting tin.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then cover with foil.
4. Cook at the starting temperature (220ºC / 200ºFan / 430ºF / Gas Mark 7) for 30 minutes then reduce the oven to the roasting temperature (180ºC / 160ºFan / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4) for the remainder of the cooking time.
5. Remove the foil approximately 30 minutes before the end to allow the skin to brown.
6. Remove the crown from the oven once the Pop-Up Timer pops, or your meat thermometer reads 68 degrees,
7. Cover with foil & allow to rest for up to an hour.

Full Cooking Times (approx)

Small (2-2.99kg): 1 hour 10 minutes
Medium (3-3..99kg): 1 hour 30 minutes
Large (4-4.99kg): 2 hours
Extra Large (5kg+): 2 hours 15 minutes +

Click & Collect from one of our express collection points Church Farm, Waltham St Lawerence Walled Garden, West Wycombe Peach Croft Farm, Abingdon Nationwide delivery by our nominated couriers on 22nd December. Your order will be packed in recyclable insulated packaging and will be dispatched on a pre 2pm next day service. The £20 delivery fee covers the delivery service, packaging, insulation, ice packs and fulfilment. FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £160.

Year Round & Non-Christmas Orders

Collect from the Farm, we are open around Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Weekly nationwide delivery, arriving Thursday each week. Deliveries are sent out in recyclable insulated packaging with ice packs on a pre 2pm service weekly. The £20 delivery fee covers the delivery service, packaging, insulation, ice packs and fulfilment.
