Honey Roast Chicken Wings

This is the prefect recipe for a film night or watching the game! 


We use our 100% pure honey from our very own hives. The secret to this recipe is to baste, the more you baste the stickier your wings will be.  


Serve with a fresh salad for a lunchtime treat, or with rice for dinner.

1Kg chicken wings



2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon soya sauce

1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil 

The juice of one lemon 




To serve 

3 spring onions

Sesame seeds


1 - Preheat your oven to 180°C /350°F

2 - In a bowl add all the marinade ingredients and mix well

3 - Add the chicken wings and leave to marinade for at least 20 minutes - ideally 2 hours

4  - Cook for about an hour or until golden brown, basting every 10 minutes 

5 - When golden brown take out of the oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds and finely sliced spring onions.
