Each box will contain:
4 x 250g Steaks (Rib Eye, Rump, Flat Iron and/or Sirloin). Perfect for BBQs
2 x 500g Stewing Steak (Shin, Chuck, Skirt and/or Braising). Perfect for slow cooked casseroles
1 x 1.5kg+ Roasting Joints (Topside or Brisket). Perfect for Rotisseries or oven roasting
4 x Burgers (750g per pack). Perfect for BBQs

General Tips:
Resting: Always let steaks rest after cooking to allow the juices to redistribute.
Doneness: Use a meat thermometer to check doneness:
Rare: 49-52°C
Medium-Rare: 54-57°C
Medium: 60-63°C
Medium-Well: 65-68°C
Well-Done: 70°C and above
Searing: For a great crust, ensure the meat is dry and the cooking surface is very hot.
