If you've visited the turkey farm in Cookham recently, you may have spotted a herd of Galloway cattle grazing in the cherry orchards.

The Copas Family have had cattle on the farm since we first started farming all those years ago. Great Grandpa Tom Copas was exceptionally keen Highland Cattle breed who would travel the country to show is cattle. But now its time to share it.

Galloway is one of the oldest cattle breeds in the world, smaller than most commercial cows but with superior texture and flavour. Galloway beef is known for its tender texture and excellent flavour, and is ideal for people looking for premium meat from sustainable, pasture-based farming with high animal welfare.We will be getting a limited number of beef cuts early October & are now taking pre-orders on the steaks below for Farm Collection and Home Delivery.
