Our very finest whole stuffed free range bird is a perfect meal solution. The Free Range Bronze stuffed bird is easy to carve with the breast boned removed. Arriving ready to roast, it is stuffed with Copas Sausage meat made from turkeys legs. But you'd never guess!
Arrives boxed with giblets, recipe leaflet & pop-up timer.
Weighing 4-4.99kg, it serves 10-12 people.
Ingredients & Allergens
Turkey: 100% free range turkey.
Stuffing Ingredients: Turkey Leg Meat (80%), Water (7.8%), Breadcrumb (3.9%) (gluten), Dried & Sweetened Cranberries (3.6%), Apple Juice (2.3%), Mixed Herbs (0.4%) (Wheat Flour), Seasoning (2%).
Allergens: Gluten
Turkey was amazing. Pop out timer is the best. Likely just personal preference but we didn't care for the meat stuffing.
This was just delicious; will certainly have again next year!

The turkey was delicious and very easy to carve because of the way that it had been prepared. The downside was that none of us like the stuffing. It was prepared using minced turkey rather than sausage-meat and it had a very strong taste

A good tasting bird.
First time, buying a COPAS turkey and unfortunately I was dissappointed. The turkey tasted good and it was nice to get a partially boned one, and the instructions were clear. But overall I can't recommend as it was just too expensive and the stuffing in particularly I found very poor. Tasteless and bland with no real texture. It was nice to try once but I'll not be buying again. REPLY: Hi Neil, we are really sorry you didn't like the stuffing.
Turkey stuffing was too strong and really detracted from the Turkey (which was lovely btw) - we had to cut away meat from the stuffing. The bird was 1 kilo lighter than the box weight (we weighed it as there was no instructions). Also last year there were instructions in the box and a temperature guide - this year nothing - had to go on the website to get the instructions for cooking - ok but would have been useful to know in advance rather than have to do on Christmas Day whilst doing other things! Turkey itself was great (5 stars), lose one star for instructions, lose two stars for stuffing which meant some of the Turkey we couldn’t eat. REPLY: Thanks for the feedback. Every turkey should come with cooking instructions & the pop-up timer so this was an error by our packing team. We have passed your stuffing comments to our production manager to review for next Christmas.
In my view, you can not improve on your business, keep it going.
1. Insert the pop-up cooking timer into the thickest part of the breast of the bird.
2. Remove our traceability wing label and place your turkey in a roasting tin.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Cook at roasting temperature (180C / 160 Fan / 375F / Gas 4) for the cooking time.
5. Add 1 pint of water or stock to the roasting pan for the last 20 minutes to make a super turkey jus.
6. Remove the turkey from the oven once the Pop-Up Timer pops, or your meat thermometer reads 68 degrees,
7. Allow to rest for at least an hour.

Nationwide delivery by our nominated couriers on 22nd December. Your order will be packed in recyclable insulated packaging and will be dispatched on a pre 2pm next day service. The £20 delivery fee covers the delivery service, packaging, insulation, ice packs and fulfilment. FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £175.
Collect from the Farm, we are open around Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Weekly nationwide delivery, arriving Thursday each week.
