The Babies Are Back! Welcoming This Year’s Poults to the Farm

I’m absolutely thrilled to share some exciting news from the farm – the poults have arrived!

There’s something truly magical about this time of year. Each delivery of poults – our baby turkeys – marks the beginning of a journey that we’ve lovingly repeated for generations here at Copas. Watching them settle into their new home is a real joy, and it never fails to remind me why we do what we do.

For those of you who are new to the farm, our poults are reared with the utmost care and respect from the very start. We give them plenty of space to grow, fresh bedding, and all the time they need to mature slowly – the traditional way. This is key to what makes a Copas turkey so special, and it’s a philosophy that underpins everything we do.

Over the coming weeks, our team will be hands-on with the poults every day, making sure they’re happy, healthy, and thriving. It’s hard work, but it’s worth every moment when we see how beautifully they grow – and of course, when we hear the glowing reviews from all of you who take home a Copas turkey at Christmas.
