Product Description

Venison mince is prized for its rich flavour and nutritional benefits. It's lower in fat and calories compared to beef, while still providing ample amounts of protein, iron and other essential nutrients. Additionally, many people appreciate venison for its sustainability and lower environmental impact compared to traditional livestock farming. Overall, venison mince offers a delicious and versatile alternative to more commonly used meats.

Our delicious venison comes from the Culden Faw Estate near Henley-On-Thames. 

Cooking Instructions:

For best results, cook from fully defrosted.

  1. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the venison mince and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through (no pink remains).

  4. If desired, drain any excess liquid or fat.

Due to its naturally low fat content, take care not to overcook. Perfect for cottage pies, chillis, Bolognese sauces, burgers, and more.

  • Home delivery: Order by midnight on the 16th December for home delivery on the 22nd of December between 8am–8pm
  • Click & Collect: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 22nd December from one of our growing number of Click and Collect Points around the South East.
  • Collect at the Christmas Fair: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 23rd December from our Christmas Fair at our Cookham Farm
  • Collect at our Drive-Through: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 24th December from our Christmas drive-through at our Cookham Farm
