Ingredients & Allergens:
Wild Venison, Salt, Pepper, Onion, Garlic.
Product Description
These burgers offer a unique and flavourful alternative to traditional beef burgers, with a rich, gamey taste and leaner profile.
Due to the lean nature of venison meat, venison burgers may cook more quickly than beef burgers so take care not to overcook them. They offer a delicious and nutritious option for burger enthusiasts.
Our delicious venison comes from the Culden Faw Estate near Henley-On-Thames.
Cooking Instructions
Cook from chilled or fully defrosted.
- Preheat a frying pan, grill, or BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Lightly oil the burgers and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and nicely browned.
- Ensure juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 70°C.
As venison is naturally lean, avoid overcooking to maintain juiciness. Delicious served in a brioche bun with caramelised onions or a cranberry relish.
