Diced into 2cm cubes, this turkey is perfect for curries, pies & much more.
Cooking Instructions
Pan-Frying (Quick and Easy)
- Heat 1–2 tbsp of olive oil (or butter) in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the diced turkey with salt, pepper, and optional spices (paprika, garlic powder, mixed herbs).
- Add the turkey to the hot pan in a single layer.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pieces are golden brown and no longer pink in the center.
- Internal temperature should reach 74°C / 165°F.
Oven-Baking
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
- Spread diced turkey on a baking sheet (line with foil or parchment).
- Drizzle with oil and season to taste.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Check that the turkey is cooked through and reaches 74°C / 165°F internally.
Stir-Frying
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat.
- Add diced turkey and stir-fry for 6–8 minutes.
- Add vegetables, sauces (soy, teriyaki, etc.), and cook another 2–3 minutes until everything is hot and the turkey is fully cooked.

- Click & Collect: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 22nd December from one of our growing number of Click and Collect Points around the South East.
- Collect at the Christmas Fair: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 23rd December from our Christmas Fair at our Cookham Farm
- Collect at our Drive-Through: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 24th December from our Christmas drive-through at our Cookham Farm
