Product Description
Our free range chicken breast fillets come from slow grown birds that roam and forage in fields. This gives them their unbeatable flavour. Simply pan fry for a delicious, easy supper or dice for curries & casseroles. Each breast is filleted and still has the skin.

Cooking Instructions:
Cook from chilled or fully defrosted.
Pan-Fry or Grill:
- Preheat a frying pan or grill to medium heat.
- Lightly oil and season the chicken breasts.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes on each side, turning once, until golden and cooked through.
- Ensure juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
Oven Bake:
- Preheat oven to 190°C (fan 170°C) / 375°F / Gas Mark 5.
- Place chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish, optionally brushed with oil or marinade.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until cooked through and no pink remains.
Perfect for slicing into salads, pasta dishes, or serving whole with seasonal sides.

- Home delivery: Order by midnight on the 16th December for home delivery on the 22nd of December between 8am–8pm
- Click & Collect: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 22nd December from one of our growing number of Click and Collect Points around the South East.
- Collect at the Christmas Fair: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 23rd December from our Christmas Fair at our Cookham Farm
- Collect at our Drive-Through: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 24th December from our Christmas drive-through at our Cookham Farm
