Each bird comes boxed with giblets, recipe leaflet & handy pop-up timer.

Our Free Range Organic birds are reared on certified organic land & fed with certified organic feed.

Free Range or Free Range Organic? What's the difference?

Cooking Instructions

(Defrost Thoroughly)

1. Insert the pop-up cooking timer into the breast of the bird.
2. Remove our traceability wing label and place your turkey, breast side down in a roasting tin.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then cover with foil.
4. Cook at the starting temperature (220ºC / 200ºFan / 430ºF / Gas Mark 7) for 30 minutes then reduce the oven to the roasting temperature (180ºC / 160ºFan / 375ºF / Gas Mark 4) for the remainder of the cooking time.
5. Remove the foil approximately 30 minutes before the end to allow the skin to brown.
6. Remove the turkey from the oven once the Pop-Up Timer pops, or your meat thermometer reads 68 degrees, Cover the bird with foil & allow to rest for up to an hour.

8 - 10 servings (4kg): 2 hours
10 - 12 servings (5kg): 2 hours 15 minutes
12 - 14 servings (6kg): 2 hours 30 minutes
14 - 16 servings (7kg): 3 hours
16 - 18 servings (8kg): 3 hours 30 minutes
18 - 20 servings (9kg): 4 hours
20 - 22 servings (10kg): 4 hours 30 minutes

  • Home delivery: Order by midnight on the 16th December for home delivery on the 22nd of December between 8am–8pm
  • Click & Collect: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 22nd December from one of our growing number of Click and Collect Points around the South East.
  • Collect at the Christmas Fair: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 23rd December from our Christmas Fair at our Cookham Farm
