Our biggest Beef Box of Premium Dry Aged Heritage Beef. Pasture-grazed on the farm and dry-aged for a deeper, fuller flavour.
To ensure freshness all beef is for pre order fresh otherwise we freeze our beef as soon the butcher has cut and packed our beef.
What's Included
Each box will contain:
- 2 x 200g Fillet Steaks
- 2 x 250g Sirlion Steaks
- 2 x 250g RibeyeSteaks
- 2 x 250g Rump Steaks
- 2 x 1kg Roasting Joints (Topside or Silveside). Perfect roasting
- 2 pack of 4 Burgers (750g per pack). Perfect for BBQs
- 2 pack of 600g beef merguez sausages. Perfect for BBQs
- 4 x Mince (500g per pack)
- Short Ribs
Subscription & Delivery Details
- One-off Boxes: Place your order by Tuesday to have your box delivered the following Thursday
- Monthly/Quarterly: Place your order by Tuesday to have your first box delivered the following Thursday and monthly/quarterly thereafter.
Delivery & Collection
Year-Round Delivery + Collection Options:
- Home Delivery: Order by 9am Wednesday for Thursday delivery to your home
- Farm Collection: Order by noon for collection the following day at Copas Farm Shop. Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, Kings Coppice Farm, Cookham, Berkshire, SL6 9UB
Christmas Delivery + Collection Options:
- Home delivery: Order by midnight on the 16th December for home delivery on the 22nd of December between 8am–8pm
- Click & Collect: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 22nd December from one of our growing number of Click and Collect Points around the South East.
- Collect at the Christmas Fair: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 23rd December from our Christmas Fair at our Cookham Farm
- Collect at our Drive-Through: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 24th December from our Christmas drive-through at our Cookham Farm
