Due to the lean nature of venison meat, venison burgers may cook more quickly than beef burgers so take care not to overcook them. They offer a delicious and nutritious option for burger enthusiasts.
Our delicious venison comes from Chiltern Venison in Hughenden Valley. Each pack contains 4 x 150g burgers.

General Tips: Resting: Always let burgers rest after cooking to allow the juices to redistribute. Doneness: Use a meat thermometer to check doneness: Rare: 49-52°C Medium-Rare: 54-57°C Medium: 60-63°C Medium-Well: 65-68°C Well-Done: 70°C and above Searing: For a great crust, ensure the meat is dry and the cooking surface is very hot. Enjoy your perfectly cooked burgers!
