These burgers offer a unique and flavourful alternative to traditional beef burgers, with a rich, gamey taste and leaner profile.
Due to the lean nature of venison meat, venison burgers may cook more quickly than beef burgers so take care not to overcook them. They offer a delicious and nutritious option for burger enthusiasts.
Our delicious venison comes from Chiltern Venison in Hughenden Valley. Each pack contains 4 x 150g burgers.
Ingredients & Allergens:
Wild Venison, Wheat Flour (Contains: Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Bread Crumb (Wheat (Contains: Calcium, Iron, Niacin and Thiamin)), Salt, Sugar, Onion Powder, Flavour (Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soya, Maize, Colour (E150d), Salt, Maltodextrin, Flavour Enhancer (E621)), Coarse Black Pepper, Flavour Enhancer, Ground Black Pepper, Sodium Metabisulphite (Sulphite), Ground White Pepper, Smoke Flavour, Garlic Powder.

General Tips:
Resting: Always let burgers rest after cooking to allow the juices to redistribute.
Doneness: Use a meat thermometer to check doneness:
Rare: 49-52°C
Medium-Rare: 54-57°C
Medium: 60-63°C
Medium-Well: 65-68°C
Well-Done: 70°C and above
Searing: For a great crust, ensure the meat is dry and the cooking surface is very hot.

Nationwide delivery by our nominated couriers on 22nd December. Your order will be packed in recyclable insulated packaging and will be dispatched on a pre 2pm next day service. The £20 delivery fee covers the delivery service, packaging, insulation, ice packs and fulfilment. FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £175.
Collect from the Farm, we are open around Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Weekly nationwide delivery, arriving Thursday each week.
