In an effort to reduce food waste, we are offering our customers these Blemished Birds at discounted price. They might have a slight nick or imperfection, but the meat will still be as delicious as our premium birds. They arrive in a plain box with our cooking instructions and handy pop-up timer.

Blemish? What blemish?
Barely a mark on the bird but who cares as it gets carved before it reaches the table anyway. As usual a completely delicious, moist and easy to cook turkey and well worth the delivery charge to Weston super mare! Thank you Copas!

Copas Turkey a winner again
Once again - the quality of the Copas Turkey was amazing. Succulent and tasty. Sadly we won’t be ordering again due to their choice of courier. APC then down two years ago and again this time. Delivered a day and a half later than it should have been. Was worried that internal temp of bird had reached 10c so cooked it for much longer than it should have been. Binned the pigs in blankets kit due to over temperature.

Blemish turkey
I have brought my Christmas turkey from copas for the last few years and always been delighted with it. This year there ended up being 14 of us so I bought a blemish large turkey and it was fantastic feed everyone for 2 days and the bones made an amazing soup the 3rd day. Wonderful taste and quality as always.

Copas blemished bronze turkey
Taste absolutely brilliant, cooked as directed, moist and flavourful. Only a small blemish (tear) in the skin; made no difference in cooking or eating. Packing v robust and it was cool on arrival. Packing recyles. Only gripe is that it is expensive; but got 4 full family meals and 2 frozen curries for 3/4 plus sandwiches, & stock from carcass so not so much! Worth it to know the bird had a good life; those legs had done some walking!

First time ordering a blemished bird. I could see Nothing wrong with it. Family all agreed best we have ever had. We have been buying from you for 20 years plus. If available we we order blemished bird next year.
