Cooking Instructions

Cook from chilled or fully defrosted.

1. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

2. Add the beef mince and cook for 5–10 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned and fully cooked.

3. Break up any lumps with a spoon and ensure no pink remains.

Perfect as a base for Bolognese, chilli, cottage pie, tacos, and more. Always ensure beef is piping hot throughout before serving.
