Product Description
Pasture reared and dry aged for at least 28 day heritage breed cattle such as Galloways and Short Horns.
Cooking Instructions
Cook from chilled or fully defrosted.

Heat a little oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the beef mince and cook for 5–10 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned and fully cooked.

Break up any lumps with a spoon and ensure no pink remains.
Perfect as a base for Bolognese, chilli, cottage pie, tacos, and more. Always ensure beef is piping hot throughout before serving.

- Collect at the Christmas Fair: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 23rd December from our Christmas Fair at our Cookham Farm
- Collect at our Drive-Through: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 24th December from our Christmas drive-through at our Cookham Farm
