Beautiful bird
Never fails to deliver every year, reliable delivery and fresh, moist and flavourful turkey. This year we needed a second for a late Christmas dinner and bought an Marks and Spencers free range bronze crown. Didnt come close to the Copas turkey 3 days earlier.
Excellent turkey crown, which was easy to prepare and cook. It was enjoyed by all the family. Thank you very much.
1. Insert the pop-up cooking timer into the breast of the crown.
2. Remove our traceability wing label and place your crown in a roasting tin.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then cover with foil.
4. Cook at the starting temperature (220ºC / 200ºFan / 430ºF / Gas Mark 7) for 30 minutes then reduce the oven to the roasting temperature (180ºC / 160ºFan / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4) for the remainder of the cooking time.
5. Remove the foil approximately 30 minutes before the end to allow the skin to brown.
6. Remove the crown from the oven once the Pop-Up Timer pops, or your meat thermometer reads 68 degrees,
7. Cover with foil & allow to rest for at least an hour.
Small (2-2.99kg): 1 hour 10 minutes
Medium (3-3..99kg): 1 hour 30 minutes
Large (4-4.99kg): 2 hours

Nationwide delivery by our nominated couriers on 22nd December. Your order will be packed in recyclable insulated packaging and will be dispatched on a pre 2pm next day service. Collect from the Farm, we are open around Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Weekly nationwide delivery, arriving Thursday each week.
