Diced into 2cm cubes, this turkey is perfect for curries, pies & much more.
Cooking Instructions
Cook from chilled or fully defrosted.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan or casserole dish over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced turkey and brown on all sides for 5–8 minutes.
- For pan-frying: reduce heat and cook for a further 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked.
- For casseroles or stews: add to your sauce or stock, cover, and simmer gently for 45–60 minutes until tender.
Ensure the meat is piping hot throughout and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C.

- Home delivery: Order by midnight on the 16th December for home delivery on the 22nd of December between 8am–8pm
- Click & Collect: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 22nd December from one of our growing number of Click and Collect Points around the South East.
- Collect at the Christmas Fair: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 23rd December from our Christmas Fair at our Cookham Farm
- Collect at our Drive-Through: Order by midnight on the 16th December for collection on 24th December from our Christmas drive-through at our Cookham Farm
