If you are feeding fewer or need something quick and easy to carve then our boneless breast roasts are a perfect combination of fantastic flavour and convenience.

Delicious award-winning free range whole bronze turkey with plenty of juicy meat and a rich traditional flavour. Our turkeys truly are the cream of the coop, free range, hand plucked and game hung for two weeks.

We choose bronze breed turkeys for their award-winning flavour and texture, but this does mean that sometimes their feather stubs are visible. Our birds are dry plucked by hand, we don’t blast them with water, so you might find a few more feather stubs than on commercial turkeys, but this is normal. Please do not spend time pulling these out as most will burn off during cooking, and those that don’t are much easier to remove once the bird comes out of the oven.

Cannot give enough praise for your wonderful turkey crown. The whole experience, from ease of ordering, well organised collection (in a lovely rural location), beautifully packaged and the end result of an amazing tasting turkey. My Mum is in her 80s, she said that she has never had such a wonderful turkey as yours. It was truly moreish. Many thanks to you all and happy new year. We hope to revisit next year.

Copas turkeys never fail to disappoint me. They are always delicious and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy one. The cooking instructions with the pop out cooking timer is a godsend as you can’t possibly go wrong with cooking the Turkey perfectly. If you haven’t tasted one yet, order one for next Christmas you won’t be disappointed.

This turkey breast was wonderful. Very well presented, easy to cook, gorgeous moist and flavoursome. We will never buy Christmas turkey anywhere else after this experience. Very satisfied and impressed.

Free range bronze breast roast

First time we have had a breast roast rather than a whole Turkey (because of reduced numbers this Christmas). Have to say it was perfect. Easy instructions to cook to perfection with the pop out timer included - Everyone including our Airedale Terrier loved their Turkey. Thank you.

1. Pre-heat the oven to the roasting temperature (180ºC/160ºFan/350ºF/Gas Mark 4)
2. Remove plastic packaging but leave the netting intact, and place in the roasting tray.
3. Insert the Pop-Up Timer into the thickest part of the breast roast and sprinkle all over with salt & pepper.
4. Place in the oven until the Pop-Up Timer pops (check approximate timings below).
5. If you are using a meat thermometer, we recommend removing from the oven at 68ºC.
6. Cover the breast roast with foil & allow to rest for as long as possible.

Full Cooking Times (approx):

1kg: 50 minutes

2kg: 1 hour 20 minutes
3kg: 1 hour 40 minutes
4kg+: 2 hours 20 minutes +

Year Round & Non-Christmas Orders

Collect from the Farm in Cookham (SL6 9UB), we are open around Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, excluding Bank Holidays. Weekly nationwide delivery, arriving Thursday each week. Deliveries are sent out in recyclable insulated packaging with ice packs on a pre 2pm service weekly. The delivery fee covers the delivery service, packaging, insulation, ice packs and fulfilment.
