If you are feeding fewer or need something quick and easy to carve then our boneless breast roasts are a perfect combination of fantastic flavour and convenience.
Delicious award-winning free range whole bronze turkey with plenty of juicy meat and a rich traditional flavour. Our turkeys truly are the cream of the coop, free range, hand plucked and game hung for two weeks.
We choose bronze breed turkeys for their award-winning flavour and texture, but this does mean that sometimes their feather stubs are visible. Our birds are dry plucked by hand, we don’t blast them with water, so you might find a few more feather stubs than on commercial turkeys, but this is normal. Please do not spend time pulling these out as most will burn off during cooking, and those that don’t are much easier to remove once the bird comes out of the oven.

Cooking Instructions
- As soon as possible, remove your turkey from its box and store it in the fridge.
- Remove from fridge 2 hours before cooking.
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas 4.
- Remove the plastic packaging but leave the netting on, and place in the foil tray provided.
- Insert the pop-up timer into the thickest part of the breast and season generously with salt.
- Place in the oven and roast until the internal meat reaches 68°C and the pop-up timer has popped!
- Cover with foil or a clean tea towel and leave to rest for at least 30 minutes.

FREE RANGE BRONZE BREAST ROAST
First time we have had a breast roast and it cooked as beautifully as a whole bird. The cooking instructions were spot on and after being well rested the meat was succulent and flavourful. Would certainly buy again. Well done to the Copas team for making Christmas special in a difficult year!

Breast Roast
Absolutely delicious. We enjoyed every bite of our Easter roast thanks to the moist and tasty turkey breast roast. It is so easy to cook and you get so much more meat than you expect.

Really moist and tasty. Loads of meat, was enough for 6 adults, cold meat and a turkey and ham pie!

Free range bronze breast roast
Although initially the joint looked very small it was exactly as described i.e. suitable for 4/6 with some left over. It was moist and delicious and very tasty. My one criticism has nothing to do with the product itself but the chaos on collection!
