If you are feeding fewer or need something quick and easy to carve then our boneless breast roasts are a perfect combination of fantastic flavour and convenience.
Delicious award-winning free range whole bronze turkey with plenty of juicy meat and a rich traditional flavour. Our turkeys truly are the cream of the coop, free range, hand plucked and game hung for two weeks.
We choose bronze breed turkeys for their award-winning flavour and texture, but this does mean that sometimes their feather stubs are visible. Our birds are dry plucked by hand, we don’t blast them with water, so you might find a few more feather stubs than on commercial turkeys, but this is normal. Please do not spend time pulling these out as most will burn off during cooking, and those that don’t are much easier to remove once the bird comes out of the oven.

Cooking Instructions
- As soon as possible, remove your turkey from its box and store it in the fridge.
- Remove from fridge 2 hours before cooking.
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas 4.
- Remove the plastic packaging but leave the netting on, and place in the foil tray provided.
- Insert the pop-up timer into the thickest part of the breast and season generously with salt.
- Place in the oven and roast until the internal meat reaches 68°C and the pop-up timer has popped!
- Cover with foil or a clean tea towel and leave to rest for at least 30 minutes.

Has converted us to turkey
Never liked turkey until we sampled some Copas bird! This is an excellent product - juicy, full of taste and the breast is super easy to carve. Good cold too. My only quibble is that it took much longer than advertised to cook to required temperature and for the pop up timer to pop up.

Most expensive turkey we had ever purchased
We tasted the some of your turkey at a pop up at Appleton barn one Sunday and decided to purchase one of your Bronze turkey breast birds. we had Christmas dinner at my daughters house where my son in law cooked the turkey with the instructions supplied and the small pop up device to tell you when it was cooked. I have to say it was the best turkey we have ever had for Christmas, moist and very tasty. will definitely be buying another next Christmas.

Copas is Christmas!
This is our second Copas Turkey; we had the breast roast as we only had 6 adults and 2 small children to feed on Christmas Day. It was the most delicious Turkey I’ve ever made, and everyone was talking about it! The customer experience is also second to none; picking up the Turkey and seeing the farm, the reindeer, tasting the meats and having a glass of bubbles is such a lovely thing to do. The gorgeous Christmas decorations as a gift for ordering early were a lovely little surprise too, thank you. I will always recommend Copas (although not too much, as I want to make sure I get one next year!).

Free range bronze breast turkey
Excellent bird. Succulent and went down well with the whole family. Cooking times were not very accurate - took over an hour longer than the guidelines and made confusing by different times on the Copus website.

Brilliant as always. Fed 10 plus people (medium sized option). Very happy with Copas and will continue to get our turkeys here. Cannot recommend highly enough!!
