If you are feeding fewer or need something quick and easy to carve then our boneless breast roasts are a perfect combination of fantastic flavour and convenience.

Delicious award-winning free range whole bronze turkey with plenty of juicy meat and a rich traditional flavour. Our turkeys truly are the cream of the coop, free range, hand plucked and game hung for two weeks.

We choose bronze breed turkeys for their award-winning flavour and texture, but this does mean that sometimes their feather stubs are visible. Our birds are dry plucked by hand, we don’t blast them with water, so you might find a few more feather stubs than on commercial turkeys, but this is normal. Please do not spend time pulling these out as most will burn off during cooking, and those that don’t are much easier to remove once the bird comes out of the oven.

Beautiful flavour and ease of carving. Length of cooking time suggested was an hour and half too short though.

Amazing turkey breast roast- tasty, moist, flavoursome and easy to cook. No waste - we ate every scrap (OK, so the dogs may have been treated to a bit, too). As before, I will be back next Christmas!

Our sixth Turkey from Copas and it graced our table for three adults. Had plenty for further meals plus a special pie with gammon and stuffing. Wonderfully packaged/delivered, easy to cook, excellent free gift of oil for our roasties, perfectly moist and succulent. See you next year

This was our second breast roast from Coppas.2020’s was delicious and looked lovely.This years was equally delicious but had two large bruises on one side of the breast.I cut this meat away before cooking.Disappointing.

Review on turkey crown

Arrived on time, very fresh and very tasty. Not at all dry.

1. Pre-heat the oven to the roasting temperature (180ºC/160ºFan/350ºF/Gas Mark 4)
2. Remove plastic packaging but leave the netting intact, and place in the roasting tray.
3. Insert the Pop-Up Timer into the thickest part of the breast roast and sprinkle all over with salt & pepper.
4. Place in the oven until the Pop-Up Timer pops (check approximate timings below).
5. If you are using a meat thermometer, we recommend removing from the oven at 68ºC.
6. Cover the breast roast with foil & allow to rest for as long as possible.

Full Cooking Times (approx):

1kg: 50 minutes

2kg: 1 hour 20 minutes
3kg: 1 hour 40 minutes
4kg+: 2 hours 20 minutes +

Nationwide delivery by our nominated couriers on 22nd December. Your order will be packed in recyclable insulated packaging and will be dispatched on a pre 2pm next day service. The £20 delivery fee covers the delivery service, packaging, insulation, ice packs and fulfilment. FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £175.

Year Round & Non-Christmas Orders

Collect from the Farm, we are open around Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Weekly nationwide delivery, arriving Thursday each week. Deliveries are sent out in recyclable insulated packaging with ice packs on a pre 2pm service weekly. The £20 delivery fee covers the delivery service, packaging, insulation, ice packs and fulfilment.
