If you are feeding fewer or need something quick and easy to carve then our boneless breast roasts are a perfect combination of fantastic flavour and convenience.
Delicious award-winning free range whole bronze turkey with plenty of juicy meat and a rich traditional flavour. Our turkeys truly are the cream of the coop, free range, hand plucked and game hung for two weeks.
We choose bronze breed turkeys for their award-winning flavour and texture, but this does mean that sometimes their feather stubs are visible. Our birds are dry plucked by hand, we don’t blast them with water, so you might find a few more feather stubs than on commercial turkeys, but this is normal. Please do not spend time pulling these out as most will burn off during cooking, and those that don’t are much easier to remove once the bird comes out of the oven.

Cooking Instructions
- As soon as possible, remove your turkey from its box and store it in the fridge.
- Remove from fridge 2 hours before cooking.
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas 4.
- Remove the plastic packaging but leave the netting on, and place in the foil tray provided.
- Insert the pop-up timer into the thickest part of the breast and season generously with salt.
- Place in the oven and roast until the internal meat reaches 68°C and the pop-up timer has popped!
- Cover with foil or a clean tea towel and leave to rest for at least 30 minutes.

It did take an unusually long time (well over an hour) to collect turkey on 23 Dec. Overall the whole process of pick up was not as well organised as in previous years. However the turkey was very tasty and staff very friendly.

Very disappointed not to have been aware in advance that the beast had already been frozen. Still partially frozen on collection meaning it could neither be cooked straightaway nor frozen again.

Turkey Breast East
I've bought Copas turkey at Christmas for a few years now and have always been very pleased with the end product, however the turkey breast was a bit of a disappointment. It lacked the depth of flavour and succulence of either a turkey crown or a whole bird. I put this down to the cut and the lack of fat under the skin. I've eaten turkey of the same quality from Waitrose or Marks and Spencer at around £20 less. I will probably revert back to getting the turkey crown next year.

Free Range Bronze Turkey Breast Roast
The turkey was easy to cook with clear instructions. It tasted delicious and everyone really enjoyed it. Expensive for what it is but it tastes fabulous which is why we choose it.
