Galloway Beef: Flat Iron Steak (Frozen)

Flat iron steak is a cut of beef taken from the shoulder area of the cow, specifically from the top blade muscle. It's a relatively tender and flavourful cut, especially when cooked to medium-rare or medium. The name "flat iron" comes from the shape of the steak, which resembles an old-fashioned flat iron used for ironing clothes. Flat iron steak has gained popularity in recent years due to its tenderness, rich flavor, and versatility in cooking methods such as grilling or pan-searing. It's often considered a more affordable alternative to other premium cuts like rib-eye or fillet, yet it doesn't compromise on taste or quality.

Click & Collect from one of our express collection points Church Farm, Waltham St Lawerence Walled Garden, West Wycombe Peach Croft Farm, Abingdon Nationwide delivery by our nominated couriers on 22nd December. Your order will be packed in recyclable insulated packaging and will be dispatched on a pre 2pm next day service. Collect from the Farm, we are open around Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Weekly nationwide delivery, arriving Thursday each week. Deliveries are sent out in recyclable insulated packaging with ice packs on a pre 2pm service weekly.
