We offer delicious award-winning free-range whole bronze turkeys that are packed with juicy meat and have a rich traditional flavour. Our turkeys are truly the best of the best, being free-range, hand-plucked, and game-hung for two weeks.
We select bronze breed turkeys for their award-winning flavour and texture, but this does mean that sometimes their feather stubs are visible. Our birds are dry-plucked by hand, and we do not blast them with water, so you might find a few more feather stubs than on commercial turkeys. However, this is completely normal. Please do not spend time pulling these out as most of them will burn off during cooking.
Each bird comes boxed with giblets, a recipe leaflet, and a handy pop-up timer.

Hello, We were very happy with the Turkey and tea towel. Thanks so much to Simon for taking time out of his busy day to source us the biggest bird possible within our weight range! We were disappointed with how long it took to collect our order at what is a busy time of year. The obvious solution to that is to expand the collection window to all day on the 23rd, but I’m sure that suggestion is coming from all angles. Best wishes, Tim

We were looking forward to our Copas turkey - last year we thought it was the best we’d ever had but this year was not so good. The turkey tasted quite strong and despite following the instructions was quite dry.
Third year of having a Copas Turkey on Christmas Day and third year of utter, lipsmacking deliciousness! Best. Turkeys. Ever.
Fantastic turkey, cooked beautifully, and tasted wonderful. 6th time we've had a product from Copas and we have never been disappointed. The collection process at the farm was incredibly well managed.

Unfortunately the horrible and disorganised collection process tarnished the whole experience of collecting the turkey.
1. Insert the pop-up cooking timer into the breast of the bird.
2. Remove our traceability wing label and place your turkey, breast side down in a roasting tin.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then cover with foil.
4. Cook at the starting temperature (220ºC / 200ºFan / 430ºF / Gas Mark 7) for 30 minutes then reduce the oven to the roasting temperature (180ºC / 160ºFan / 375ºF / Gas Mark 4) for the remainder of the cooking time.
5. Remove the foil approximately 30 minutes before the end to allow the skin to brown.
6. Remove the turkey from the oven once the Pop-Up Timer pops, or your meat thermometer reads 68 degrees, Cover the bird with foil & allow to rest for up to an hour.
8 - 10 servings (4kg): 2 hours
10 - 12 servings (5kg): 2 hours 15 minutes
12 - 14 servings (6kg): 2 hours 30 minutes
14 - 16 servings (7kg): 3 hours
16 - 18 servings (8kg): 3 hours 30 minutes
18 - 20 servings (9kg): 4 hours
20 - 22 servings (10kg): 4 hours 30 minutes

Click & Collect from one of our partners: Church Farm in Waltham St Lawrence, Walled Garden in West Wycombe, Henry Street Garden Centre in Arborfield, Cotswold Farm Park in Cheltenham, The Christmas Barn in Appleton, Braywick Leisure Centre in Maidenhead, The Herb Farm in Sonning Common, Aylett Nurseries in St Albans, Peach Croft Farm in Abingdon. Nationwide delivery by our nominated couriers on 22nd December. Your order will be packed in recyclable insulated packaging and will be dispatched on a pre 2pm next day service. The £20 delivery fee covers the delivery service, packaging, insulation, ice packs and fulfilment. FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £175.
Collect from the Farm, we are open around Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Weekly nationwide delivery, arriving Thursday each week.
