Wiltshire Ham can be enjoyed hot or cold and comes with an instruction booklet with tips on how to store, carve, and glaze.
This ham is unsmoked and free of any bones, which makes it easier to carve.
Produced in Shropshire with farm assured pork from farms in Britain.
Whole Ham weighs minimum 4.5kg (35+ servings) / Half Ham weighs minimum 2kg (15+ servings).
Cooking Instructions
Cooked & ready to eat, unglazed. If you prefer a glazed ham, simply spread a glaze onto your ham and place in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes.

Wonderful. Kept nice in the fridge after cooking for a week. Delicious done with honey and mustard and served with cheese and crackers.

Ordered half a ham as in previous years. Came well wrapped and cooked and very tasty - good to carve. Provided Xmas Eve meal for 4, Boxing day buffet and lots of left overs.

Ordered half a ham for Xmas Eve, served with Delia’s red cabbage and cheesey baked potatoes. Was really tasty for 7 people and then cold on Boxing Day and then with turkey, Brie, cranberries, and chestnuts in a puff pastry pithivier. Thought about glazing it but fine without. Would certainly buy again.
