The Poults have arrived

It's our annual "The Poults have arrived" post and it seems to come round quicker every year! The birds have been settled in the barns and our latest turkey dog recruit, Boots the Black Lab, has been introduced without any catastrophes, watched over by old hands Patch & Socks.
The one day old poults will spend the first couple of weeks in the pens but we then remove the fencing to let them run around the barns.
