If you are feeding fewer or need something quick and easy to carve then our boneless breast roasts are a perfect combination of fantastic flavour and convenience.
Delicious award-winning free range whole bronze turkey with plenty of juicy meat and a rich traditional flavour. Our turkeys truly are the cream of the coop, free range, hand plucked and game hung for two weeks.
We choose bronze breed turkeys for their award-winning flavour and texture, but this does mean that sometimes their feather stubs are visible. Our birds are dry plucked by hand, we don’t blast them with water, so you might find a few more feather stubs than on commercial turkeys, but this is normal. Please do not spend time pulling these out as most will burn off during cooking, and those that don’t are much easier to remove once the bird comes out of the oven.

Cooking Instructions
- As soon as possible, remove your turkey from its box and store it in the fridge.
- Remove from fridge 2 hours before cooking.
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas 4.
- Remove the plastic packaging but leave the netting on, and place in the foil tray provided.
- Insert the pop-up timer into the thickest part of the breast and season generously with salt.
- Place in the oven and roast until the internal meat reaches 68°C and the pop-up timer has popped!
- Cover with foil or a clean tea towel and leave to rest for at least 30 minutes.

Free range bronze breast
Excellent. Took less time than what was advised. Missed ordering a crown like I usually do but as there were only two of us decided on a breast instead.. it was very succulent but I missed all the juices to make a gravy. Lesson learned.

Great turkey crown as always from Copas. My family commented that it was lovely tasty and moist - there was also plenty for six adults from a medium crown. I am a repeat customer and will always buy from Copas as they are higher welfare and cared for in a way we should all respect sentient beings. Delivery was also on time which took the hassle and stress out of getting one of the most important items on the Xmas menu.

it was easily and quickly cooked. First time I purchased this cut and I won't do so again as I missed the juices and the dark meat from a bigger joint. but it was OK
next year I will get a crown

Collection
I have bought a Turkey from you for years but I’m afraid I won’t be again. Collection this year was a joke. What happened to the drive through service? Now we have to sit in a traffic jam whilst people park to turn be up sold more items while we wait. It took over 2hrs to collect my turkey. Never again!

From beginning to end a wonderful experience with Copas Turkeys. We were constantly updated on the progress of our order. The collection was militarily organised in a good way. The Turkey was beautifully presented with little extras such as a temperature gauge and an oven cloth. The meat was tender and juicy, perfect size for our family.
