If you are feeding fewer or need something quick and easy to carve then our boneless breast roasts are a perfect combination of fantastic flavour and convenience.

Delicious award-winning free range whole bronze turkey with plenty of juicy meat and a rich traditional flavour. Our turkeys truly are the cream of the coop, free range, hand plucked and game hung for two weeks.

We choose bronze breed turkeys for their award-winning flavour and texture, but this does mean that sometimes their feather stubs are visible. Our birds are dry plucked by hand, we don’t blast them with water, so you might find a few more feather stubs than on commercial turkeys, but this is normal. Please do not spend time pulling these out as most will burn off during cooking, and those that don’t are much easier to remove once the bird comes out of the oven.

I'm not a huge fan of turkey but my other half insisted that we have it so I relented and ordered a Copas breast roast. Probably the first time I have really enjoyed turkey! It was really moist and tasty and only took just over an hour to cook. Perfect for two with leftovers and delicious cold too. I also bought the gravy, bread sauce and stuffing to make it easy and can highly recommend them all. The turkey drive through was also very well done and the items were beautifully packaged. 10/10

First time user of this product and I have say I have been more than pleased. Ordering was simple, collection a delight (loved the little touches), staff at collection point excellent, packaging and cooking information again excellent. Quality of of meat very good indeed and flavour the best turkey I’ve ever had. If you want Turkey at Christmas, look no further!

Excellent Turkey roast. Could not get the plastic sensor to pop but the meat was cooked. Will have again next year

1. Pre-heat the oven to the roasting temperature (180ºC/160ºFan/350ºF/Gas Mark 4)
2. Remove plastic packaging but leave the netting intact, and place in the roasting tray.
3. Insert the Pop-Up Timer into the thickest part of the breast roast and sprinkle all over with salt & pepper.
4. Place in the oven until the Pop-Up Timer pops (check approximate timings below).
5. If you are using a meat thermometer, we recommend removing from the oven at 68ºC.
6. Cover the breast roast with foil & allow to rest for as long as possible.

Full Cooking Times (approx):

1kg: 50 minutes

2kg: 1 hour 20 minutes
3kg: 1 hour 40 minutes
4kg+: 2 hours 20 minutes +

Nationwide delivery by our nominated couriers on 22nd December. Your order will be packed in recyclable insulated packaging and will be dispatched on a pre 2pm next day service. The £20 delivery fee covers the delivery service, packaging, insulation, ice packs and fulfilment. FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £175.

Year Round & Non-Christmas Orders

Collect from the Farm, we are open around Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Weekly nationwide delivery, arriving Thursday each week. Deliveries are sent out in recyclable insulated packaging with ice packs on a pre 2pm service weekly.
