Simply season with salt and pepper and roast for 30 minutes.

Wonderful Turkey
When my husband was alive we had 3 of these turkeys a year, but now I'm alone the legs are the next best thing, and they really are excellent!!

Lovely good size turkey legs delivered on time. Would like the plucking of feather ends to be done more thoroughly, as it is time consuming to have to tweeze them out. Reply: Thanks for the feedback. As we hand pluck our birds, there might be a few stubs but there's no need to remove them as they'll burn off in cooking.

The finest turkeys ever
These are the finest turkeys I have ever cooked, we always bought 3 so we could have them through the year. Now I am widowed I buy the legs which apart from the fun of carving are also wonderful. There is a lot of meat on one leg

The Copas turkey legs were full of flavour, needed lots of cooking. The box that they were delivered to Harvey Nicks was excessive, 10 times bigger than needed and I left all the packing for them to deal with. One bubble envelope would have been sufficent.
