Product Description
NEW SPRING 2025 HONEY AVAILABLE NOW! Please note, it's really pale in colour due to the volume of rapeseed in local fields this year. It is absolutely delicious!
"Wow, the layers of flavour and complexity in this little jar of honey are quite amazing. Floral, citrus, delicately sweet. It tastes of the summer."
"There is a fascinating development and nuance on the palate, and a truly remarkable floral aftertaste... we feel this is worthy of a high award."
NB: All pure honey will granulate, in fact this change is the best proof of its quality. It can easily be restored to its liquid state by either of these methods:
Method 1: Loosen the top and stand the jar in a bowl of hot water until the honey becomes liquid.
Method 2: Remove the cap and place in the microwave oven on the lowest setting. Remember, the honey in the centre of the jar will continue to liquify after the heating has finished.

Raw Honey Clear
Excellent product, so much so I purchased enough for the year's supply. The flavour is exceptional and is of the highest quality. My daughter has also succumbed to the flavour of it and last year she began to raid my supply. This year I purchased some for her and already she is complaining that I had not bought enough to satisfy her family's needs. Looks like my supply will be decimated latter in the year. Excellent product, a must for honey lovers

Honey
We buy all types of honey as we eat it every day. The Copas honey was a popular choice, particularly for those of us who like a more floral taste

Delicious local honey
This years honey crop is just delicious! Amber in colour, clear and has a lovely runny consistency. With a delicate floral undertone it is heavenly on a slice of lovely warm buttery toast! You can tell the bees have a cherry orchard on their doorstep! Just lovely.

Clear honey
Not actually clear so delighted with that! Delicious! REPLY: Good quality pure honey will cloud in the jar. If you ever do want to make it clear and runny again, simply stand the jar in a bowl of boiling water and it should clear.
