Turkey and gravy

Another successful Christmas with my Copas turkey and super gravy. Always delicious and tasty! Cooked mine at home when ready quickly wrapped it up covered it in towels and drove to my sons house approx 25 miles. And had lunch 2hrs later the turkey still warm and with hot gray came to life, perfect!

Not sure chopped onions and red coloured gravy is a traditional roast gravy. Sorry not to my liking. REPLY: Thanks for the feedback. We recommend adding all the turkey juices to the gravy base for the best flavour but take all your feedback onboard.

I can confidently recommend the gravy. It is bursting with flavour and complements greatly already very scrumptious Copas turkey.
