The gravy is smooth, rich and nicely seasoned -- almost as good as mine ... hence only 4 stars ;-)

Traditional Gravy (but beware)

Copas Traditional Gravy (in a long life pouch) is the perfect gravy to accompany Copas Turkey. Both are the best of the best. But beware, this year half my gravy order was replaced by Copas with a last minute substitute fresh gravy that was flavourless and watery and appeared to consist of boiled onion, water and fat. It was so bad I didn’t serve it. I’d much rather have been refunded for the part of the order Copas couldn’t fulfil and bought something from a butchers or supermarket on my way home. Copas Traditional Gravy in a pouch 10/10 Copas Fresh Gravy in a tub 0/10
